DTCX is a thought-provoking event highlighting Design Thinking, Customer Experience, and Change Management approaches being utilized in the marketplace. The event is open to Design Thinking practitioners as well as executives and business owners who are interested in learning more about these disciplines and how to apply them to their companies. The speakers come from a range of sectors, sharing their experiences in how they innovate the customer experience within their businesses and how these techniques can be applied more broadly across industries. Professionals will also share their insights on the impact of human-centered design on the bottom line.

There are only a handful of Design Thinking conferences in the United States and the Summit is the first of its kind in the Southeast. And why not Florida? The Florida Chamber of Commerce recently noted the state’s gross domestic product has exceeded $1 trillion. If Florida were an independent nation it would place 17th among the world’s largest economies. And Tampa is quickly becoming a technology and innovation hub. Bill Gates’s Cascade Investment fund has invested billions in Tampa’s downtown redevelopment. As more and more innovative companies make Tampa home, they are just the kinds of firms to embrace Design Thinking. It’s the ideal environment for a Design Thinking and Customer Experience Summit.

The Summit is developed and facilitated by Stonehill, a strategy and innovation firm that helps businesses to identify opportunity, create change, and accelerate growth. The firm consists of an innovative blend of creative, strategy, technology, and change management experts that unite the functional silos of business in the common objective of creating differentiated customer experiences.
